To all the CAN experts out there,
Im going to be setting up a C125 dash to read the ProEFI can bus and Im slightly in over my head but im up to the challenge.
Most of the channels are easy to understand since they use either 1, 2 or 3 bytes to send the data. My current question is for certain channels that are sending data thats only 1 bit long or 5 bits long. Im assuming im going to need to use the bit mask function when setting up the channel in order to dissect multiple channels out of 1 byte of data. I just dont know how to go about doing this.
Ive attached a picture of the CAN address data so you can see what Im referring too.
