I will share a link to a few photos of my Polaris Slingshot. It holds the worlds record of 143.45 mph in the 1/2 mile. It also has a little over 550hp at the tire. A 7163 EFR Borg Warner adds up to 26psi.
It is also an automatic 5L40E. It is all controlled by A Haltech Elite 1500 and a PCS transmission controller. Ill come back and clean this post up. I just wanted to get an introduction post on here.
I also own slingshotinfo.com which is the largest Polaris Slingshot forum on the web.
I joined so I could understand a bit better the tuning that goes on by my drivetrain provider DDMWorks in Piedmont SC. I have a rough idea of how it all ties together and what they are always trying to achieve but I want to have a little better understanding of things like boost by gear and other things.
