Hey everyone - I'm Doug

Currently building - or rebuilding a 67C10 short bed. No Limit Raised Rail IRS Protech chassis, Wilwood racing brakes, LS376/480 crate engine/T56. Engine currently controlled with GM ECU. Recently purchased a new cam/intake/headers and hope to be able to at least begin to understand the tuning aspect even if ultimately I pay someone else to tune it. Have been considering the Haltech Rebel LS as it appears to offer numerous benefits the OEM ECU doesn't provide, though, I still need to understand tuning more than I currently do - I'd prefer not blowing the engine up ;). Currently reside in south-eastern Virginia (US) . . . Have been a gear-head since I was young, only now that I am not so young, I have reached a point I can actually afford some of the things I always wished I could have when I was in my 20's, or 30's - or heck even my 40's, lol. Hey Doug! I'm glad to see another hobbyist wanting to run a Rebel as well! I am here for the exact same reasons and these guys really seem to know their stuff! I've watched numerous webinars they had and finally pulled the plug. Looks like a great setup you are going to run in that C10! Im building a forged 6L for my C4 vette with a T56 as well. the Rebel seems to be the perfect combination as well! Hey thanks for reaching out, you can find me on Instagram also - I'll request to follow you, my moniker is old_chevys_fan. I haven't pulled the cord on the Rebel yet, still strongly considering though. My problem is I have zero tuning experience, and my engine isn't stock, so I am a little hesitant, only based on the fact there are zero HalTech tuners near me . . . not throwing in the towel yet though = )
