Hi my name is Chris.
I am a 34 year old IT technician and car enthusiast. I live in the Illawarra south of Sydney working in a small family IT business. I own a 2012 VE Commodore SS and 2012 Sea doo RXP. I love the LS and LT engines
My SS has a full sports exhaust system with a otr, larger cam and a tune. Unfortunately there were a few small errors in the tune on the car which ended the engines life prematurely when I got some bad fuel. I also had a bad run with my sea doo. I believe the previous owner may have got water in the oiling system and damaged the head bearings.
I have long been interested in how engines work but now am at point in my life where I will be putting my knowledge to practice. I am currently rebuilding the sea doo engine and will be retuning my SS when I get it back from the mechanics. Because of these reasons and my thirst for knowledge from people with experience on motors I have become a member of HP Academy.
