Building cars for years now and I'm always having to deal with the bullshit from tuners.
Currently building a GTR and I aiming for 1300whp
I am still up in the air about what engine management I want to use
Choices are Ecutek and Cobb and also Motec M1
I see this site heavily favors Motec M1 so that might be the direction I'm heading in.

I have zero experience with Cobb, I have heard of people running ECUTEK well over the 1000whp though so good luck with the project, be sure to start a thread in the build section
