My question is I'd like to get into tuning but at this point in time I don't have the access to a chassis dyno. Can a person be a good tuner with out a chassis dyno and what are my options
for sure you can become a great tuner on the road the dyno is for safety and repeatability and a measuring tool. logging and time on the road will achieve very good results.
