We usually use Dimsport New Genius to flash that kind of stuff at the shop but I think it's probably way overkill for a hobbyist. I'm not sure where the price with individual vehicle protocols. Hopefully somebody else can make a recommendation on a more DIY based software.

Alientech powergate tool works best. Look up Malone Tuning for anything VW TDI related, they sell the powergate tool rebranded to a flashzilla.
