so I lost the motor in my Dmax at 350000 witch is an 01 lb7. I have purchased a 06 lly out of a truck that burned so I have the motor and trans and turbo but the injectors solinods are melted! So i was just going to pull heads and turbo off the lb7 and run it that way! What could I do to switch my truck to run lly stuff! New ficm and what els?

The '06 LLY is actually an LBZ for all electronic control purposes. You'd need a standalone harness to run it ($$). If it were my truck, I would take the LBZ short block and put your LB7 top-end on it. You'll also need to change the tone wheel on the front of the crank to the LB7 style. It's a big job. Might be cheaper just to find a halfway decent LB7 to swap into your '01.
