I need to download some kind of ECU programming from you guys so I can program my truck
There are several potential problems here.
a/ you don't specify the "truck" - make, model, year, engine and transmission.
b/ they don't provide "programming", per se, but tutorials and some help on how to use the programming tools and software.
c/ you need some sort of interface tool and the software that works with your vehicles - note, some CANNOT be re-programmed, by anything - and almost all of those require a laptop, a compatible smart 'phone, or other computer. Some are propriatory to the manufacturers, and licences to access the ECUs can be expensive-ish.
d/ I'm not sure if you realise what's actually involved - I'd suggest watching their tutorials, from the start of each subject, to get an idea of what the process entails - there is a refund period, if you don't think it's right for you so make a note of the expiry date, but they really are helpful, and even after ~50 years in, and around, the industry, I still learned, or was reminded of, some important points.
