In the video it says the formula is Cross sectional area (Old Housing) / Cross sectional area (New Housing),
But the numbers plugged in was 5027/3318 but i thought original should be 3318 new should be 5027 maybe was a mistake ?
You've probably just picked up our first error. The formula is new housing/old housing.
