Beside of VF Tuner we have another option to reflash the Toyotas and Lexus ECM
I've found that PCMflash is the best solution for Toyota. Bitbox works ok too. As does Kess3 but it's much more expensive than the other options. I believe there is another tool called toyoflasher or something similar but I have no experience with that.
