Did I need to take the EFI Tuning Fundamentals course before this one ?
Hi Jason it would be a good idea even if you are a competent tuner to refresh your knowledge, even i found some of it very useful and I've been tuning over 30 years
And dit the information of the fundamental is in the Practical Standalone Tuning course ?
There is some overlap. But the fundamentals course does go into more detail and put more context around all the basics.
I would definitely recommend the EFI tuning fundamentals before the practical standalone course.
The standalone course is more about how to setup and procedure of tuning a standalone and the course takes it that you know the basics. The EFI tuning fundamentals course teaches you the basic principles, from how an engine works, to how adjusting different engine parameters such as timing and fuelling have an effect on engine performance.
