I am tuning my 2JZ on an AEM Infinity and noticed the base map ethanol content vs Stoichiometric AFR is incorrect? From the research I have done 100% ethanol AFR is 9:1 but on the AEM Infinity base map 100% ethanol its set to 8.30 AFR.
Is this wrong, should I correct it or are my missing something here.

Yes you're correct, the stoich ratio for E100 is 9.0:1. I'd correct that table if it was me.
Good find man! I didn't notice those were off in mine as well. After doing some research i believe the numbers should read as follows:
