When blending your own fuels does it need to be shaken/stir ? Or just pour and go ? Any additives to help blend the fuels (e85+93pump) ?
Shaken, not stirred...
Usually as soon as the vehicle has accelerated/braked a couple of times, combined with the fuel return, the fuel will have sloshed around in the tank enough that the mixture is as homogeneous as you will be able to get it. No additives will be needed to get it to blend.
