Am hazem joined new to the tuning course and i have question about the equation .
Since i live in Dubai i just want to know what is the equation when the temperature is in Celsius and pressure in psi .

Easiest option may be to convert both to the same terms, either metric/SI or imperial.
Imperial may be easier to convert manually, but there are many conversion programs on-line.
Some on-line programs allow the inputs to be in different forms, many more than you may be aware of, and give the results in different forms as well, which may be handy, for example - https://www.omnicalculator.com/physics/air-density
