Hi. I was wondering if anyone has experience running the Kiggly 12-Tooth Cam Trigger with AEM Infinity on a 4G63. A tuner said that they wouldn't tune Infinity without one, but when I did research on it I've only seen people with problems. If you could share any personal experience with it, that would be awesome!
If I was going to replace the OEM Crank trigger (that is a crank trigger, not a CAM trigger), I would try to get a much larger trigger count than 12, but I'm sure that's an improvement over the 4 found on the OEM system.
The AEM Infinity is somewhat finicky on OEM patterns, so I think it's best to use a common trigger like 36-1 or 60-2 with a single CAM pulse per cycle.
I’m not familiar with any trigger kit other than the kiggly for the 4G63. I’ll probably just go with that as I’m ignorant about tuning and this seems to be the product that others are running.
