Why is lambda always at 1?
Lambda 1 is the value of stoich AFR(best AFR where is the best combustion effect at.For Example on pump gas is 14.7, on Methanol 6.4) for any given type of fuel.
Example: 14.7 stoich on pump gas is always Lambda 1.
6.4 stoich on methanol will always be lambda 1.
It wont matter what type of fuel is used. Lambda 1 will always be stoich.
