I watched the video about ignition, and in this video, there is a demonstration on the dyno. The teacher set the engine rotation and changed the ignition timing. Can I set every rotation on the dyno and increase the ignition timing, or do I need to increase the load to check the correct ignition timing?
I'm not sure of the specific video, or of your question, but best guess -
Most non-inertial type dyno's can be set to hold a specific rpm (engine speed), and the dyno' will automatically change the load to hold that speed as the engine power changes. This means that if you chance the ignition timing you can read off the load, and the power, changes.
Normally this will be done at different rpm, and throttle openings, but for quick results a sweep may be done - say from 3k rpm to max engine rpm.
