I wanted to ask what software shall I use to tune my first project car?
I prefer the road tuning, am I fine with only this course to road tune?
The software choice will be dependent of the platform you want to tune.
As for the course choice, if you want to tune cars only on the road, yes the Road Tuning course is the most relevant choice.
I think try get the EFI tuning fundamentals if you have zero basic on cars. This course is useful that helps you to sharpen your knowledge.
