is there a chart or graph showing VE vs. engine speed and/or any other relevant factor with VE?
i am wondering if the engine speed is at 4000 rpm 1st gear, 2nd gear, etc. , how much theoretical VE would be?
moreover, i hope to know the VE relation with all impact factors.

The VE essentially follows the same shape as the torque curve of the engine so you'll have your VE table peak around peak torque before dropping off at high rpm.
