What software I can use to draw my harness to safe it ?
I use Open Office Draw. You can create objects for connectors and branch points then use them in your drawing. Similar to Microsoft Visio I understand.
The completed drawing can be embedded in a spreadsheet so that all the wiring and layout information are in one place.
Here is a JPG produced from OpenOffice Draw of the main harness in my own car.

I use Visio Professional only because I have it on my work laptop.

Did Visio Professional draw that from a netlist, or did you have to place/organize each of those wires? Impressive either way.
