Hi, I’m looking to improve my concentric harness transitions and I’m still not 100% sure I’m doing this correctly. Here’s two examples from a recent harness build that I would appreciate some feedback on. Both of these will be located under 202K132 boots with epoxy in the same method described in the Motorsports wiring course.
My main concern is with how to route wires without inducing any accidental wire strain.

I would plan your concentric twist to have all the wires that go into a separate branch run together. This can get complicated depending on how many branch points you have and if the wires leaving are all in the same layer.
Thanks, and I agree. I noticed that with a little bit better planning I could have had the branching wires next to each other in the layup.
