Hey guys,
just looking at my option for running 5 EGT probes on my SR20 Race engine. Now I found these Omega K type thermo couples and the plugs on the Omega website. (Pictures below)
now what I want to do is make my own thermo couple setup running to a m888 MoTeC module.
I was thinking if I ran those setup with the TT-K-24s wire and secured it after the fact with scl or HTAT over those plugs? This would be a more affordable option to make a EGT setup.
let me know if you have any problems with this?
And if anyone has used the omega thermo couples before?

Or has anyone ever had chromel and Alumel splices? To keep it neat. The other option is Autosport circular connectors that will cost about 130 maybe more each thermocouple.
Do you mean E888? Stick with mini k-type plugs, its what the E888 terminates to anyway.
Thanks, I think I will use a 15 or more circular connector and just run them all through the same plug then to their respective Pairs again to
the “E888”.
