I’m looking on RS-online at 8STA connectors and I can’t seem to find information on what AWG each connector accepts. Ideally I’m looking for a connector that will take both 18AWG and 22AWG. If not, 8-10x 18AWG & 23+ 22AWG. Can anyone advise?
Try looking in the manufacturer catalogs for details, once you determine the part number, then you search the retailers to find out the cost and what's in stock.

You might want to consider using two different connectors. But if you want just one, then maybe 24-04. I would probably just use all #22 terminals, and use multiple for the 18-awg circuits. Something like a 16-25 with 55 #22 terminals.
