Putting a firewall disconnect on the build and using DTP connectors.
They have 90 degree and straight to convoluted tubing available, but that is it.
Heat shrink is an option, but instead I decided to whip up a CAD file that is configurable.
"straight" (0.001 deg to keep it happy) to 90deg
adjustable minimum transition length (within reason), bend radi, outlet ID, and wall thickness.
I'm sure you can break it, but I patched a few of the more common rebuild failures, but large changes often make things go weird in any parametric design.
Values that would be impractical are also likely to cause errors, but hopefully this helps someone else out as well.
Should be able to print it and inject from the side port.
C-clamps or other should hold it all together.
Middle split in half and pins are to align them (glued) back together for easy FDM printing.
I typically have good results with parts like this sanding the split surface and then injecting using pneumatics and leaving it under 10-15 psi of injection pressure while curing.
(I put the silicone into a bit of PVC and hook up a low pressure regulator, safety valve (pop-off), and run some line out the bottom to the mold)
