Do you mean "bulkhead wiring grommets"? use that in a search engine and it should bering up plenty of suppliers - then you just need to know the diameter of the bulkhead opening, the approximate diameter of the wiring loom - it's common to use something slightly smaller for a good seal, and the design of the grommet - flat, long, tapered, 90 degree, etc.
Where possible I'll look at silicone, or fire resistant, options so in the case of a fire it won't melt and allow flames through.
