Will a 14 AWG spliced to 4x18AWG wire be ok to feed four Honda K20 coils? Is there any preference on the AWG of the trigger wires? Is 22 AWG sufficient for the triggers?

Check out this calculator. He built it based on voltage drop and while it doesn't take into account any derating for conductor insulation temp rating, bundling or ambient temp, its conservative enough to get into a safe ball park
