I am relocating my battery to my trunk, and I am interested in an Odyssey Extreme AGM. This is my track car, so I am interested in shaving weight where I can. How can I pick the smallest battery but know it will be reliable? Is it enough to select the smallest battery that meets my OEM cold cranking amp requirement? I have access to current measurement equipment, but I am not sure if that is much help, as once the engine is started, the alternator is supplying the current to run everything. Thanks!
