I am working on a 1971 Triumph Stag with a LS3 6.0L engine. I would like to locate the ECU behind the back seats. This makes it about 14 feet from the ECU to the furthest point on a sensor. I have planned on using #18 wire for everything. Will this work with the lenghts involved? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No problem with the length. You can still use 20 or 22 gauge wires for your sensors (and their power / ground) to save cost / weight.
