Hi, I just finished watching the step 4 block preparation module and just curious if it would make sense to do these steps (deburring, removing casting flash etc.) before sending too the machine shop? just incase you do slip and nick the deck surface it would be machined anyway. Also all those little shavings from deburring would be cleaned away by the machine shop too? thanks heaps
Hello good question and you are correct a lot of the work can be done before it goes to be machined
deburing the block face thread holes etc can of coarse only be done after machining
