I have a turbo 72 on a 2.4 motor and it takes for ever to build boost.
Why is that?
Assuming there is not a mechanical problem (exhaust/wastegate leak) -- Insufficient exhaust energy. Try retarding the ignition timing and/or opening the throttle more to increase exhaust energy.
A shot of nitrous usually solve that problem as well hehe
