Hello all, curious if any of you have any insights for an issue with an AEM wideband controller with a proper Bosch 4.9 lsu sensor. What seems to be happening is the controller is cycling from a ready state to the open air calibration state at a regular frequency of every 30 seconds or so. We’ve tried a brand new sensor we’ve tried the manual calibration button on the rear of the controller and still doing the same thing. Wanted to check with you all first before purchasing a new controller. Thank you for your time!

Since it does that in response to the button, I would suspect a bad button on the unit. I would send to AEM for replacement if it's new.
