On hptuners does engine displacement cylinder volume affect anything? Am seeing alot of tuners just leaving the 6.2 info instead of changing it when they are built to let say 418ci
Yes, it's important the engine displacement is accurate as this is used as one of the inputs into the background air mass calculation when the engine is operating is SD mode. You can leave it untouched and tune around it but it's not the correct way and can introduce weird issues.
