Hey guys, When making custom Surge tanks with in-tank fuel pump I have not found a neat/feesible solution for passing the wiring through the lid. Just wondering if anyone knows of a readily available and neat solution?
Previously I have bought OEM fuel tank lids and modified to suit but im sure there is another way? Dont really want to just drill a hole, fit a grommet, pass the wires through then sikaflex the fk out of it...
You could use a Deutsch AS or any other autosport connector (they make a hermetic version specifically for that application) but it cost a little fortune.
Alternatively, you could try at a marine shop.
