Does anyone make a electrode seam roller tip for resistance welding heat shield material? I came across a couple like in the attached image but seem outrageously expensive for what I'm using it for.

Unfortunately, what one is going to use the tool for means nothing, if it's what you need you're going to have to pay the money. Been there, paid that, for other things that were a single use item... :-(
The question may be do you actually need it - if you could, perhaps, provide some details of the job you're doing?
