A lot of Toyota engines seem to use 36-2 crank trigger, and have a CrIP in the 520 - 540 range. To set the CrIP correctly, you will need to use a timing light and adjust the CrIP until the test timing is what the timing light shows.
To expand on what David has posted, the 'best' crip is the one that correctly aligns the timing you're seeing on the laptop with what the engine is receiving. This MUST be set correctly for your particular engine with a timing light. It's covered as one of the initial steps in our 10 step process.
