If you've got the scanner setup so that you can actually log a valid AFR value then you will simply need to configure a math channel to use your AFR input to generate the EQ Error channel. If you go into 'Math Parameters' under the 'Tools' menu you can setup a User Math channel to do what you want. Take a look at the 'EQ Error' and 'AFR Error' predefined channels for an idea how this should be configured. Essentially you want to Work out the error (measured AFR - commanded AFR) then divide this by your Commanded AFR. Then multiply by 100 to display as a percentage.
