when using imperial unit my target table is in AFR but in metric units it reads Lambda
could i use the imperial units but still have my targets reading in lambda
Yes, you change it in the unit set up
If you go:
'Options' tab > 'Units' > 'Options'
It will open up the attached menu, just select the units you want to work in for metric or imperial
