Hi guys,
I hope that you are all great.I urgently need your help.I have to tune an autronic sm4 which is fitted on an EVO8.
The problem is that autronic's dealer has tuned the vehicle in the past.Owner has some personal issues with him and we are unable to reset the ECU in order to load our base map.
We read that a reset password is needed from a dealer in order to reset ECU. We cant contact dealer but the owner purchased the ECU and he wants us to reset it and to load our file.
Can anyone help me to reset it? I need your help please. If you cant provide me the password to unlock it, I can set up a teamviewer session with you to unlock it for us.
Please I need your help. Andre may be able to help with that.I can send you the original photo if it is needed in which you can figure out the serial number to check that it is legit and that the customer bought it
