I am having an issue with the Bosch 84mm throttle in my 2jz FRS (assuming PID). Running lastest firmware on Emtron KV8. It has fluctuations that can't seem to track down. I have tried making small changes to my PID settings and haven't been able to get it any better. Emtron has what they consider pre-loaded PID setting for the throttle body, so it should be very close. I have uploaded my tune and a the log. You can see it at idle, and during some of the cruise. Any ideas on where I should start, or see anything that I missed?

Is throttle position deviating from desired throttle position when this occurs? How much?
