Is it normal to see an AFR of 15:1 spike for 1 second when you put your foot to the floor when logging AFR on the road, then levels out at 18-20 at WOT. Is that spike OK?

Spikes can be normal, though leveling to 18-20 under WOT is....no bueno.
18-20:1 is safe and no smoke is what I read, what would you recommend.
