question regarding swapping diff ratios going from 3.7 to 4.11 am I correct in saying that as long as your running closed loop fuel control the tune wont be effected by the shorter ratio

It shouldn't.
Unless you have compensation tables based on vehicle speed, there will be no change to the tune when changing gear ratios.
