Bear in mind I have no efi tuning experience so apologies if this is a basic question, does an aftermarket ecu have the ability to control a demand regulated electronic coolant pump or fuel pump?
Im guessing it would be a map controlled output but can you add mapped controls to the ecu if it is not already listed under the tabs section of the ecu software?
You certainly can, using pwm control you can control fuel or coolant pumps easy enough
