No.
But, it acsesses different load cells.
if your seeing different afr under full load at the same rpm points in different gears - thats fairly "normal" from what i've seen on different cars and ecu's
if your ecu lets you, you could run a gear correction map per gear for fueling if you want to get things more accurate in all gears - or turn on wbo2 correction for the whole fuel map and leave that running all the time maybe.
