Hi guys, I,ve upgraded the imprezas injectors from 380cc to 550cc , running the new simtek (gems)ecu.
can anyone walk me through the process of inputting the info into the ecu?

Sorry Ben, I've had nothing to do so far with the gems ECU so I can't help. Hopefully someone else can offer their experience. Essentially though there are three options that aftermarket ECUs use:
1. True Volumetric Efficiency model where the engine capacity, number of cylinders, fuel type and injector characteristics are entered. This requires the injector data to be altered to suit your new injectors.
2. Millisecond based. In this type of ECU the fuel table directly requests an injector opening time. You just need to make adjustments in the main fuel table to represent the change in injector size and required opening time.
3. Millisecond based with master pulse width. In this type of ECU the numbers in the main fuel table represent a percentage of a master injector pulse width and you need to change the master pulse width value in order to achieve good resolution in the fuel table.

Its a millisecond based fuel map, so as you say- just need to make adjustments on the table itself , this was confirmed by simtek when I messaged them yesterday.
