the engine run great and stable at idle and i use 1700cc replica bosch injector it runs rich but this week a will change it with original bosch 1650cc injectors

Hello for what purpose do you want to delete the isc valve system ? but yes you can can delete it
my ecu has only 8 inputs and i would like to use it for feul pressure oil pressure oil temp exh temp boost solenoid fun output fuel pum tacho output and vss
Well, the idle control doesn't typically use any inputs, as it's an output.. often unused injector or ignition outputs can be used for idle control valves.
that ecu have only 8 inpouts/outputs
it has only 4injectors and ignition outputs
