Hi All,
My BMW 2.8 M52B28 engine fuel rail has 3.5bar of pressure, vacuum referenced 1:1. When looking for aftermarket larger injectors, the datasheets typically give dead times and flow rates at 2, 3 and 4 bar.
My question is, how do a determine dead times and flow rate at my fuel pressure of 3.5bar? Would it just be a case of interpolating the 3 and 4 bar data?

Yes, just interpolate the values. If there is any slight error, it will just be "baked" into changes you would make to your fuel table. Not a big deal.
