Hello, I have a 91 Mustang with a Holley Terminator X ECU. My car seems to be running pretty good, but when it's at idle (whether it's cold or warm) my idle rpms will bounce up and down for a few seconds before settling into a normal rhythm. Sometimes it'll go so low to where it almost sounds like it's going to cut off, and then it'll settle, and be just fine. The guy who tuned it, has it set at 14.0 target AFR. I'm just not sure where to point my attention at this point. I have no vacuum leaks. Where should I be looking to make adjustments? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
What RPM the idle is targeted at? Usually adding 50-100 rpm solves that issue if it's kinda low...
My idle is set at 800
Try 850-870 and see if it helps...
I will try that, and let you know, thanks
