hey guys just wondering if anyones a good quatily octane booster and any cons of using one, as i have a rb20de+t neo with 9.5 : 1 comp and its my first motor im tuning just would like a lil extra room for boost and only have 95 avaliable, there is gull force 10 heard it wasnt very consistant... cheers david
It would be better just to tune to the fuel that's available in your area. Octane boosters barely do anything to raise the octane rating of your fuel and can be highly inconsistent. It's much easier to just tune to what's available without adding any more variables such as octane booster. I honestly think it's just a gimmick anyway.
