My Idle threshold is 8160 rpm. From the description, under this rpm threshold idle timings are used. Am I correct to change this to something like 900 RPM?

I'm not immediately familiar with what car or engine that is just by looking at the screenshot, but if I were to guess, you could probably leave it alone. That is the RPM threshold, the factory engineers most likely left it that high to "keep it out of the way" so to speak, but the MPH thresholds will probably be more normal numbers so that it only uses the idle timing tables when it's supposed to. There will likely also be some TPS reference or thresholds in the background also, even if not displayed in those tables.
